Day 1-4: Athenian Adventures

Upon your arrival at Athens International Airport, a comfortable medium car will whisk you away to your hotel in the city center. For the next four days, Athens is yours to discover! Dive into the rich tapestry of ancient history with sites like the Acropolis, the Parthenon, and the Ancient Agora, or wander through the charming Plaka district. With plenty of leisure time built into your itinerary, you have the freedom to explore hidden gems, indulge in delicious Greek cuisine, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of this historic capital.

On Day 4, you’ll transfer back to Athens International Airport for your flight to the enchanting island of Santorini. Upon arrival, another medium car will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel in one of Santorini’s charming areas, such as Fira, Kamari, or Pyrgos.

Day 5-7: Santorini Serenity

Prepare to be captivated by Santorini’s unparalleled beauty. These days are dedicated to enjoying the island at your leisure. Stroll through the white-washed villages perched on cliffs, marvel at the iconic blue-domed churches, and, of course, witness the world-famous sunsets over the Caldera. Relax on black sand beaches, explore ancient Thira, or take a boat trip to the volcanic islands. Your Suite at Galatia Villas, complete with an outdoor hot tub and sea view, offers the perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

On Day 7, a comfortable transfer will take you from your hotel to Santorini airport for your departure, carrying with you memories of an incredible Greek adventure.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time is typically 12:00 hrs or 14:00 hrs, but may vary by destination.
• Pricing: Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed with a time limit or vouchered. Rates include only items specified in your itinerary.
• Insurance: Travel insurance is not covered in this package. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at your own cost before your trip.
• Airport Waiting Time: Maximum waiting time at the airport for transfers is 60 – 90 minutes from flight touchdown.
• Refunds: Refunds are strictly as per the cancellation policy provided.
• Validity: Package rates are valid only for selected travel dates, specified room category, and services.
• Hotel Regulations: Guests are requested to adhere to the rules and regulations of the accommodating resort/hotel.
• Punctuality: Please be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time is 05 minutes for SIC (Seat-In-Coach) and 10 minutes for Private transfers.
• Room Requests:  Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, non-smoking/smoking rooms are strictly subject to availability upon check-in.
• Amendments On Tour: For any amendment requests while on tour, please contact our local emergency numbers. Requests are subject to availability and may incur supplement charges.
• Short Stays/Early Check-Out: Shorter stays than booked or early check-outs will be considered cancellations, and no refund will be provided for un-utilized services.
• Booking Amendments: No amendments (name changes, date changes, hotel changes, etc.) will be done once the booking is vouchered. Any possible changes will be handled offline, subject to cancellation/rebooking/additional charges.
• Events Beyond Control: We are not responsible for additional costs or adjustments due to events beyond our control (e.g., transportation problems, flight changes, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather, terrorist activity). Any subsequent cost increases (fuel price, taxes, accommodation) will be charged additionally.
• Liability: We hold no legal liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday.
• Service Provider Terms: Journeys by air, land, or sea are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
• Identity: Guests booking our services must provide valid identity proof and not make reservations in fictitious names.
• Itinerary Flexibility: Showing around all places mentioned in packages depends on time availability and climatic conditions.
• Rates: Rates are Net and non-commissionable unless explicitly confirmed in writing by authorized staff.
• Travel Documents: It is the guest’s responsibility to carry all necessary travel documents (vouchers, passport, ID, tickets).
• Vehicle Breakdown: In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided, but time loss will not be compensated.
• Dress Code: Please wear decent clothing covering your body at religious places (e.g., mosques). Wear comfortable clothing for theme parks.
• Currency & Persons: Rates are quoted based on the currency displayed and for the specified number of persons.
• Rate Changes: Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is “On Hold” or “Vouchered.”
• Immigration/Visa: In case of immigration/visa complications, the cancellation policy shall apply in full.
• Tour Briefing Sheet: Pick-up details for all transfers and tours will be as per the Tour Briefing Sheet, shared closer to travel date. Guests must carry this document.
• Indian Agents: For bookings made by Indian Agents, a Pan Card is mandatory for all guests.
