Your Greek Odyssey Itinerary:

Day 1-2: Athenian Heritage & Leisure

Your Greek adventure begins in Athens. Upon arrival at Athens International Airport, a comfortable medium car will transfer you to your hotel in the bustling city center. You’ll have ample leisure time to begin exploring this ancient capital at your own pace. Wander through the historic Plaka district, marvel at the architectural wonders of the Acropolis, or discover hidden cafes. Day 2 offers a full day to delve deeper into Athens’ rich history and vibrant culture, allowing you to create your own itinerary of discovery.

Day 3-4: Mykonian Glamour & Beaches

On Day 3, check out from your Athens hotel and transfer back to Athens International Airport for your flight to the dazzling island of Mykonos. Upon arrival at Mykonos Island National Airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in the city center. Get ready to experience the island’s famous cosmopolitan atmosphere, stunning beaches, and lively nightlife. Day 4 is entirely yours to relax on a golden beach, explore the iconic windmills and charming alleys of Mykonos Town (Chora), or dance the night away.

Day 5-7: Santorini Sunsets & Romance

Day 5 sees you checking out from your Mykonos hotel for a transfer to Mykonos Island National Airport. From there, you’ll head to the legendary island of Santorini. A medium car will await your arrival to transfer you to your hotel in one of Santorini’s picturesque areas like Fira or Kamari. Prepare to be enchanted by Santorini’s unparalleled beauty. Day 6 is a full day at leisure to marvel at the iconic blue-domed churches, stroll through cliffside villages, and, of course, witness a world-famous Santorini sunset over the Caldera.

On Day 7, a comfortable transfer will take you from your Santorini hotel to the airport for your departure, leaving you with cherished memories of your ultimate Greek island-hopping adventure.

Please read these essential terms and conditions carefully before booking. Your booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Hotel standard Check-In time is 14:00 hrs and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs respectively, though this may vary.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to sudden increases in hotel or transportation costs, or new government taxes. Rates include only items specified in your itinerary.

• Package Validity: Package rates are valid for the mentioned validity dates and specified room category. Changes to stay period or room type will invalidate these rates.

• Special Event Surcharge: Hotel rates are not valid during trade fairs, exhibitions, and special events; a surcharge will apply.

• Minimum Travelers: Above rates are valid for a minimum of 2 adults traveling together.

• Exchange Rate: The final pricing will be based on the exchange rate (ROE) valid at the time of booking confirmation. This price is based on the current ROE.

• Unutilized Services: No refund will be provided for unutilized services.

• Itinerary Changes (After Booking): If guests wish to change the itinerary or places after booking, the price difference must be paid.

• Hotel Regulations: Guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of their accommodated resort/hotel.

• Unforeseen Itinerary Changes: In unforeseen situations, slight changes to the tour itinerary may be necessary; guests are requested to cooperate.

• Alternate Accommodation: In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation being unavailable upon arrival, we will immediately arrange an alternate accommodation of the same standard.

• Room Requests: Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, or rooms on the same floor are strictly subject to availability.

• Itinerary Amendments (On Tour): For any itinerary amendment requests, please advise our me/transport manager at least 48 hours in advance. Requests are subject to availability.

• Short Stays/Early Check-Out: Shorter stays than booked or early check-outs will be regarded as cancellations, and no refund will be provided for un-utilized services.

• Guaranteed Bookings: Strictly NO REFUND for un-utilized services once booking is confirmed/guaranteed.

• Quoted Rates: Rates are quoted in USD for the specified number of persons.

• Guaranteed Booking Amendments: No amendments (name changes, date changes, hotel change, etc.) will be done once the booking is guaranteed.

• Events Beyond Control: We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Any subsequent increase in cost due to fuel price, government taxes, or accommodation charges will be charged additionally.

• Liability: We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday.

• Service Provider Terms: Journey undertaken by air, land, or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

• Identity: The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.

• Itinerary Flexibility: Showing around all places mentioned in our packages depends on the availability of time and climatic conditions.

• Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher/confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets, etc.

• Vehicle Breakdown: In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide an alternate vehicle. However, time loss due to the event will not be compensated.

• Hotel Information: All hotels have been selected based on budget; kindly visit their respective websites for better understanding before confirming.

• City Tax: City / Resort Fees / Tourist taxes are not included and are paid directly to the hotel by the customer.

• Rate Changes: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Room Availability: Rooms are strictly subject to availability, and the offer is a special deal valid for a limited time.

• Group Size Impact: Rates are quoted based on the group size. Should the number of PAX decrease, we reserve the right to revise the package rate without prior notice.

• Punctuality: Request guests to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for Private.

• Bank Transfers: Some quotations might involve remittance/bank transfer to suppliers, which will be part of your invoice.

• Pick-up Locations: All SIC and private tours with hotel pick-up and drop-off are only from city center hotels. If hotels are in suburbs or out of city limits, a private supplement will be charged and advised after booking.

• Important Pick-up Info: Please be available in the lobby for tour pick-up at least 10 minutes prior. Also, inform the reception that you are waiting for a tour or transfer pick-up.

• Indian Agents: For bookings made by Indian Agents, a Pan Card is mandatory for all guests.
