Please read these essential terms and conditions carefully before booking. Your booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.

• Terms & Conditions:

  • Hotel standard check-in/check-out times vary by destination (typically 12:00 hrs, 14:00 hrs, or 15:00 hrs).

  • Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed (put on hold with a time limit or vouchered). Rates include only specified items.

  • Transfers between 19:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs incur a 50% supplement charge.

  • Maximum waiting time at the airport is 60-90 minutes from flight touchdown.

  • Refunds are strictly per the cancellation policy.

  • Package rates are valid for selected travel dates and specified services.

  • Guests must adhere to hotel/resort rules and regulations.

  • Punctuality is requested for all tours and transfers (max waiting time: 5 mins for SIC, 10 mins for Private).

  • Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, rooms near each other, smoking/non-smoking rooms are strictly subject to availability.

  • Amendments requested during the tour are subject to availability and may incur supplement charges. Contact your agent or local emergency numbers.

  • Shorter stays or early check-outs are treated as cancellations with no refund for unutilized services.

  • No amendments (name, date, hotel changes) are permitted once the booking is vouchered. Offline changes may incur cancellation/rebooking charges.

  • The company is not responsible for additional costs or adjustments due to events beyond control (e.g., technical issues, flight changes, natural disasters, political disturbances, bad weather, terrorism, fuel price increases, government tax changes, accommodation charge increases).

  • No legal liability for loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the holiday.

  • Journeys by air, land, or sea are governed by the service provider’s terms and conditions.

  • Guests must provide valid identity; reservations must not be in fictitious names.

  • Sightseeing depends on time availability and climatic conditions.

  • Rates are net and non-commissionable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

  • In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided; time lost will not be compensated.

  • Dress modestly at religious places (e.g., Mosques). Wear comfortable clothing for theme parks.

  • Rates quoted are based on the displayed currency and specified number of persons.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is put on “Hold” or “Vouchered.”

  • In case of immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy is applicable in full.

  • Pick-up details will be shared in the Tour Briefing Sheet closer to the travel date; guests must carry this document.

  • Insurance is not covered; guests must arrange their own.

  • A supplement charge applies for transfers from DMK Airport.

  • For bookings by Indian Agents, Pan Card is mandatory for all guests.

  • Rates are not valid for blackout dates from December 20th to January 1st.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok

• Arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) in Bangkok.

• You will be greeted and transferred by a Medium Car to your hotel in Bangkok City Centre.

Day 2: Bangkok – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Bangkok. Explore the city’s vibrant street life, magnificent temples, and bustling markets at your own pace. No services are included today, allowing for independent exploration.

Day 3: Bangkok to Krabi

• After breakfast, transfer from your Bangkok hotel to Suvarnabhumi Airport by Medium Car.

• Arrive at Krabi Airport and be welcomed for your transfer to your hotel in Krabi City Centre (Aonang, City Area) by Mini Van.

Day 4 & 5: Krabi – Days at Leisure

• Enjoy two full days at your leisure in Krabi. Discover the breathtaking limestone cliffs, pristine beaches, and crystal-clear waters. Explore the surrounding islands or simply relax by the coast. No services are included, offering you the freedom to create your own adventure.

Day 6: Krabi to Phuket

• Depart from Krabi and enjoy a scenic transfer to Phuket by Medium Car (approx. 3 hours / 170 Kms). Take breaks for refreshments and to capture stunning photographs along the way.

• Upon arrival in Phuket, check into your hotel and enjoy a full day at your leisure.

Day 7: Phuket – Departure

• Enjoy your final day at leisure in Phuket.

• Later, transfer from your hotel in Phuket City Centre (Patong) to Phuket International Airport (HKT) by Medium Car for your departure.
