Day 1: Arrival in Paris

• Welcome to Paris! Upon arrival at Charles De Gaulle Airport, you will be met by our local representative and transferred by Medium Car to your hotel in the city center.

Day 2: Paris – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Paris. Explore iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, or wander through charming Parisian streets. No services are included today, allowing for independent discovery.

Day 3: Paris to Amsterdam

• Check out from your hotel in Paris and transfer to a Paris Train Station by Medium Car.

• Board your train to Amsterdam.

• Welcome to Amsterdam! Upon arrival at Amsterdam Railway Station, you will be met by our local representative and transferred by Medium Car to your city center hotel.

• Enjoy a half-day at leisure to start exploring the unique charm of Amsterdam.

Day 4: Amsterdam – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Amsterdam. Cruise along the picturesque canals, visit world-class museums like the Rijksmuseum or Van Gogh Museum, or explore the historic Jordaan district. No services are included today.

Day 5: Amsterdam to Barcelona

• Check out from your hotel in Amsterdam and transfer to Schiphol Airport by Medium Car for your flight to Barcelona.

• Welcome to Barcelona! Upon arrival at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport, you will be transferred by Medium Car to your hotel within the city limits.

Day 6: Barcelona – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Barcelona. Discover the architectural wonders of Antoni Gaudí, stroll along Las Ramblas, explore the Gothic Quarter, or relax on the city’s beaches. No services are included today.

Day 7: Departure from Barcelona

• Check out from your hotel within city limits.

Terms & Conditions:

• Insurance is not covered; guests must arrange their own.

• Pick-up details for all transfers and tours will be provided in the Tour Briefing Sheet closer to the travel date; guests must carry this document.

• In case of immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy is applicable in full.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless the booking is put on “Hold” or “Vouchered.”

• Rates quoted are based on the displayed currency and specified number of persons.

• Dress modestly at religious places. Wear comfortable clothing for theme parks.

• In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided; time lost will not be compensated.

• Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents (vouchers, passport, ID, tickets).

• Rates are net and non-commissionable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

• Sightseeing depends on time availability and climatic conditions.

• Guests must provide valid identity; reservations must not be in fictitious names.

• Journeys by air, land, or sea are governed by the service provider’s terms and conditions.

• No legal liability for loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the holiday.

• The company is not responsible for additional costs or adjustments due to events beyond control (e.g., technical issues, flight changes, natural disasters, political disturbances, bad weather, terrorism, fuel price increases, government tax changes, accommodation charges).

• No amendments (name, date, hotel changes) once the booking is Vouchered. Offline changes may incur cancellation/rebooking charges.

• Shorter stays or early check-outs are treated as cancellations with no refund for unutilized services.

• For amendment requests during the tour, contact emergency numbers; requests are subject to availability and potential supplement charges.

• Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, rooms near each other, smoking/non-smoking rooms are strictly subject to availability.

• Punctuality is requested for all tours and transfers (max waiting time: 5 minutes for SIC, 10 minutes for Private).

• Guests must adhere to hotel/resort rules and regulations.

• Package rates are valid for selected travel dates and specified services.

• Refunds are strictly per the cancellation policy.

• Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed (put on hold with a time limit or vouchered). Rates include only specified items.

• Maximum waiting time at the airport is 60-90 minutes from flight touchdown.

• Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out times vary by destination (typically 12:00 hrs, 14:00 hrs, or 15:00 hrs).

• Transfers between 19:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs incur a 50% supplement charge.

• For bookings by Indian Agents, Pan Card is mandatory for all guests.
