Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Paris

• Welcome to Paris! Upon arrival at Charles De Gaulle Airport, you will be met by our local representative and transferred by Medium Car to your hotel in the city center.

• Enjoy a half-day at leisure to begin your Parisian adventure.

Day 2: Paris – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Paris. Immerse yourself in the city’s world-renowned art, fashion, gastronomy, and culture. Explore iconic landmarks, charming neighborhoods, or simply relax at a sidewalk café. No services are included today, offering complete freedom.

Day 3: Paris to Zurich

• Check out from your hotel in Paris and transfer to a Paris Train Station by Medium Car.

• Board your train to Zurich.

• Welcome to Zurich! Upon arrival at Zürich Hauptbahnhof (main train station), you will be met by our local representative and transferred by Medium Car to your hotel.

Day 4: Zurich – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Zurich. Discover the city’s picturesque Old Town, explore world-class museums, stroll along Lake Zurich, or indulge in shopping along Bahnhofstrasse. No services are included today.

Day 5: Zurich to Munich

• Check out from your hotel in Zurich and transfer to Zürich Hauptbahnhof by Medium Car for your train journey to Munich.

• Welcome to Munich! Upon arrival at the Train Station, you will be met by our local representative and transferred by Medium Car to your hotel.

• Note: A 50% supplement applies for transfers between September 18th and October 8th due to Oktoberfest.

Day 6: Munich – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Munich. Experience the city’s rich history, vibrant beer gardens, impressive palaces, and lively cultural scene. No services are included today.

Day 7: Departure from Munich

• Check out from your hotel in Munich.

• Transfer to Munich Airport by Medium Car for your onward journey.

Terms & Conditions:

• Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out times are 14:00 hrs / 15:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs respectively.

• Maximum waiting time at the airport is 60-90 minutes from flight touchdown. Delayed customers may incur an additional charge of USD 30 per hour.

• Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed or vouchered. Rates include only specified items.

• Refunds are strictly per the cancellation policy.

• Package rates are valid for selected travel dates and specified services.

• Changes requested after booking is vouchered will be done manually and may incur cancellation fees and price differences.

• Guests are requested to follow hotel/resort rules and regulations.

• Slight changes to the itinerary may occur due to unforeseen situations; guest cooperation is requested.

• In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation being unavailable, alternate accommodation of the same standard will be arranged immediately.

• SIC Tours in Malaysia include hotel pick-up and drop-off unless stated otherwise. (Note: This package utilizes private transfers).

• Punctuality is requested for all tours and transfers (max waiting time: 5 minutes for SIC, 10 minutes for Private).

• Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, rooms near each other, smoking/non-smoking rooms are strictly subject to availability.

• For amendment requests during the tour, contact emergency numbers; requests are subject to availability and potential supplement charges.

• Shorter stays or early check-outs are considered cancellations with no refund for unutilized services.

• No amendments (name, date, hotel changes) once the booking is guaranteed or confirmed.

• The company is not responsible for additional costs or adjustments due to events beyond control (e.g., technical issues, flight changes, natural disasters, political disturbances, bad weather, terrorism, fuel price increases, government tax changes, accommodation charges).

• No legal liability for loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the holiday.

• Journeys by air, land, or sea are governed by the service provider’s terms and conditions.

• Guests must provide valid identity; reservations must not be in fictitious names.

• Sightseeing depends on time availability and climatic conditions.

• Rates are net and non-commissionable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

• Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents (vouchers, passport, ID, tickets).

• In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided; time lost will not be compensated.

• City taxes are not included and payable directly to the hotel by the client.

• Dress modestly at religious places. Wear comfortable clothing for theme parks.

• Rates quoted are based on the displayed currency and specified number of persons.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is put on “Hold” or “Vouchered.”

• In case of immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy is applicable in full.

• Departure Pick-up: Pick-up from the hotel to the airport will be exactly 3 hours before the flight’s scheduled time. Be available in the lobby and await your pick-up.

• Late Night/Early Morning Transfers: A 50% surcharge applies for transfers between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM.

• Oktoberfest Surcharge: A 50% supplement applies for transfers between September 18th and October 8th due to Oktoberfest.

• Genting Skyway: Operation depends on weather conditions. If not operational, guests will be transferred by car. A small handbag (max 7 kg) is allowed on the cable car. (Note: This clause seems out of place for a Paris/Zurich/Munich package and might be a copy-paste error from another template).

• Important: Please be available in the lobby at least 10 minutes before pick-up for tours/transfers and inform reception you are waiting.

• For bookings by Indian Agents, Pan Card is mandatory for all guests.
