Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Tbilisi & Leisure

• Welcome to Tbilisi! Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be met by our local representative.

• Transfer by Sedan to your city hotel.

• Enjoy a half-day at leisure in Tbilisi. You can begin exploring the city’s charming streets and discover its unique atmosphere on your own.

Day 2: Borjomi & Rabati Castle Tour

• 10:00 – 10:30: Hotel pick-up.

• Embark on a full-day excursion to Borjomi and Rabati Castle Town (approx. 7 hours duration).

• Borjomi: A renowned balneological and climatic resort, famous worldwide for its natural mineral water. You’ll have the opportunity to taste the mineral water directly from its live springs.

• Rabati Castle: This impressive castle complex spans seven hectares, resembling a town within a city. Explore its historical parts, including museums, mosques, a madrasa, a 9th-century Orthodox church, a citadel, and a Turkish bathhouse.

• Transfer back to Tbilisi.

• Overnight stay in Tbilisi.

• Inclusions: Entrance Fee, Hotel Pick-up and Drop-off.

• Exclusions: Guide services (Please note: chauffeurs provide transportation but are not substitutes for professional guides. We highly recommend booking an English-speaking guide for a more informative experience. Please inform us in advance if you wish to arrange this).

Day 3 – 6: Tbilisi – Days at Leisure

• Enjoy four full days at your leisure in Tbilisi. Explore the city’s diverse neighborhoods, visit iconic landmarks like the Narikala Fortress, Sulphur Baths, and Freedom Square, or simply soak in the local culture. No services are included on these days, allowing for independent exploration.

Day 7: Departure from Tbilisi

• Check out from your hotel.

• Transfer by Sedan to Tbilisi International Airport for your onward journey.

Please read these essential terms and conditions carefully before booking. Your booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.

• • Hotel standard check-in/check-out times vary by destination (typically 12:00 hrs, 14:00 hrs, or 15:00 hrs).

  • Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed (put on hold with a time limit or vouchered). Rates include only specified items.

  • Transfers between 19:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs incur a 50% supplement charge.

  • Pick-up details for all transfers and tours will be provided in the Tour Briefing Sheet closer to the travel date; guests must carry this document.

  • Maximum waiting time at the airport is 60-90 minutes from flight touchdown.

  • Refunds are strictly per the cancellation policy.

  • Package rates are valid for selected travel dates and specified services.

  • Guests must adhere to hotel/resort rules and regulations.

  • Punctuality is requested for all tours and transfers (max waiting time: 5 mins for SIC, 10 mins for Private).

  • Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, rooms near each other, smoking/non-smoking rooms are strictly subject to availability.

  • Amendments requested during the tour are subject to availability and may incur supplement charges. Contact your agent or local emergency numbers.

  • Shorter stays or early check-outs are treated as cancellations with no refund for unutilized services.

  • No amendments (name, date, hotel changes) are permitted once the booking is vouchered. Offline changes may incur cancellation/rebooking charges.

  • The company is not responsible for additional costs or adjustments due to events beyond control (e.g., technical issues, flight changes, natural disasters, political disturbances, bad weather, terrorism, fuel price increases, government tax changes, accommodation charge increases).

  • No legal liability for loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the holiday.

  • Journeys by air, land, or sea are governed by the service provider’s terms and conditions.

  • Guests must provide valid identity; reservations must not be in fictitious names.

  • Sightseeing depends on time availability and climatic conditions.

  • Rates are net and non-commissionable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

  • Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents (vouchers, passport, ID, tickets).

  • In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided; time lost will not be compensated.

  • Dress modestly at religious places (e.g., Mosques). Wear comfortable clothing for theme parks.

  • Rates quoted are based on the displayed currency and specified number of persons.

  • In case of immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy is applicable in full.

  • Insurance is not covered; guests must arrange their own.

  • For bookings by Indian Agents, Pan Card is mandatory for all guests.
