Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul & Leisure

• Welcome to Istanbul! Upon arrival at Istanbul New Airport, you will be transferred by Medium Car to your hotel on the European Side.

• Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, settling in and perhaps taking a first stroll through the city.

Day 2: Istanbul – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Istanbul. Explore the city’s myriad attractions, from the Grand Bazaar to the Hagia Sophia, or simply soak in the vibrant atmosphere. No services are included, allowing for independent exploration.

Day 3: Journey to Bursa

• After breakfast, transfer by Medium Car from your hotel on the European Side to the Eminonu / Yenikapi Ferry Terminal.

• Enjoy a scenic ferry ride across the Sea of Marmara.

• Upon arrival at Mudanya Ferry Terminal, you will be transferred by Minivan to your hotel in Bursa.

Day 4: Bursa – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Bursa. Discover the city’s Ottoman-era mosques, explore the historical Silk Market (Koza Han), or take a cable car ride up Uludağ Mountain for breathtaking views. No services are included today.

Day 5: Return to Istanbul

• After breakfast, transfer by Medium Car from your hotel in Bursa back to Istanbul. You will be dropped off at Istanbul Airport or a hotel in Istanbul as per your preference.

Day 6: Istanbul – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy another full day at leisure in Istanbul. Use this time for any last-minute sightseeing, shopping, or to revisit your favorite spots. No services are included.

Day 7: Departure from Istanbul

• Check out from your hotel on the European Side.

• Transfer by Minivan from your hotel to Istanbul New Airport for your onward journey.

Terms & Conditions:

• Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out times are typically 14:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs respectively.

• Prices are subject to change due to increases in hotel/transportation costs or new government taxes. Rates include only specified items.

• Rates are valid for a minimum of 2 adults travelling together.

• Final pricing will be based on the Rate of Exchange (ROE) valid at the time of booking confirmation. This price is based on the current ROE.

• Strictly no refund for un-utilized services.

• Package rates are valid for the mentioned dates and room category. Changes in stay period or room type will invalidate current rates.

• Changes to itinerary after booking may incur a price difference.

• Guests are requested to follow hotel/resort rules and regulations.

• Guests are requested to cooperate if minor itinerary changes are necessary due to unforeseen situations.

• SIC Tours (if applicable) usually start from a city center point; guests are responsible for reaching the point and validating vouchers. Hotel pick-up/drop-off is not included unless specified. (Note: This package primarily includes private transfers, not SIC tours).

• Maximum waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes from flight touchdown. Delays beyond 1 hour may incur extra charges.

• Punctuality is requested for all tours and transfers (max waiting time: 5 minutes for SIC, 10 minutes for Private).

• Interconnecting rooms/adjacent rooms/rooms on the same floor/rooms near each other are strictly subject to availability.

• For itinerary amendment requests, advise transport manager at least 48 hours in advance; requests are subject to availability.

• Shorter stays or early check-outs are considered cancellations with no refund for unutilized services.

• No amendments (name, date, hotel changes) once booking is guaranteed or confirmed.

• The company is not responsible for additional costs due to events beyond control (e.g., technical issues, flight changes, natural disasters, political disturbances, bad weather, terrorism, fuel price increases, government tax changes, accommodation charges).

• No legal liability for loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the holiday.

• Journeys by air, land, or sea are governed by the service provider’s terms and conditions.

• Guests must provide valid identity; reservations must not be in fictitious names.

• Sightseeing depends on time availability and climatic conditions.

• Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents (vouchers, passport, ID, tickets).

• In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided; time lost will not be compensated.

• Hotels are budget-friendly; guests are advised to visit hotel websites for better understanding before confirming.

• City/Resort Fees/Tourist taxes are not included and payable directly to the hotel.

• Rates quoted are in USD for the specified number of persons.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Rates are based on group size; a decrease in PAX may result in package rate revision.

• Some tours require a minimum of 4 Pax to operate; if fewer, the tour will not operate.

• Rooms are strictly subject to availability and offered on a special deal for a limited period.

• Maximum airport waiting time is 90 minutes; an extra amount will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour.

• Some quotations may involve remittance/bank transfer to suppliers as part of the invoice.

• In case of immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy is applicable in full.

• Important: Please be in the lobby at least 10 minutes before pick-up for tours/transfers and inform reception you are waiting.

• For bookings made by Indian Agents, Pan Card is mandatory for all guests.
