Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul

• Welcome to Istanbul! Upon arrival at Istanbul New Airport, you will be transferred by Medium Car to your hotel on the European Side.

• Settle in and enjoy your first evening in the city.

Day 2 & 3: Istanbul – Days at Leisure

• Enjoy two full days at your leisure in Istanbul. Explore the city’s iconic historical sites, vibrant bazaars, and lively streets at your own pace. No services are included, allowing for independent discovery.

Day 4: Istanbul to Cappadocia

• After breakfast, transfer by Minivan from your hotel on the European Side to Istanbul Airport.

• Board your domestic flight to Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV).

• Upon arrival, you will be transferred by Medium Car to your hotel in Cappadocia city center.

Day 5: Cappadocia – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at leisure in Cappadocia. Explore the otherworldly landscapes, visit ancient cave dwellings, or consider an optional hot air balloon ride for a breathtaking perspective. No services are included today.

Day 6: Cappadocia to Antalya

• After breakfast, transfer by Medium Car from your hotel in Cappadocia to Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV) for your domestic flight to Antalya.

• Welcome to Antalya! Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, you will be met by our local representative and transferred by Medium Car to your hotel in Antalya City Center or Lara.

Day 7 & 8: Antalya – Days at Leisure

• Enjoy two full days at your leisure in Antalya. Relax on the beautiful Mediterranean beaches, explore the charming old town (Kaleici), or indulge in water sports and local cuisine. No services are included on these days.

Day 9: Departure from Antalya

• Check out from your hotel in Antalya City Center or Lara.

• Transfer by Minivan from your hotel to Antalya Airport for your onward journey.

Terms & Conditions:

• Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out times are typically 12:00 hrs or 14:00 hrs, varying by destination.

• Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed (put on hold with a time limit or vouchered). Rates include only specified items.

• Important: Please be available in the lobby for pick-ups at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time and inform the reception you are waiting for a tour or transfer.

• Maximum waiting time at the airport is 60-90 minutes from flight touchdown.

• Refunds are strictly per the cancellation policy.

• Package rates are valid for selected travel dates and specified services.

• Guests must adhere to hotel/resort rules and regulations.

• Punctuality is requested for all tours and transfers (max waiting time: 5 minutes for SIC, 10 minutes for Private).

• Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, rooms near each other, smoking/non-smoking rooms are strictly subject to availability.

• Amendments requested during the tour are subject to availability and may incur supplement charges. Contact your agent or local emergency numbers.

• Shorter stays or early check-outs are treated as cancellations with no refund for unutilized services.

• No amendments (name, date, hotel changes) once the booking is vouchered. Offline changes may incur cancellation/rebooking charges.

• The company is not responsible for additional costs or adjustments due to events beyond control (e.g., technical issues, flight changes, natural disasters, political disturbances, bad weather, terrorism, fuel price increases, government tax changes, accommodation charge increases).

• No legal liability for loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the holiday.

• Journeys by air, land, or sea are governed by the service provider’s terms and conditions.

• Guests must provide valid identity; reservations must not be in fictitious names.

• Sightseeing depends on time availability and climatic conditions.

• Rates are net and non-commissionable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

• Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents (vouchers, passport, ID, tickets).

• In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided; time lost will not be compensated.

• Dress modestly at religious places. Wear comfortable clothing for theme parks.

• Rates quoted are based on the displayed currency and specified number of persons.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is put on “Hold” or “Vouchered.”

• In case of immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy is applicable in full.

• Pick-up details will be shared in the Tour Briefing Sheet closer to the travel date; guests must carry this document.

• Insurance is not covered; guests must arrange their own.

• Passport numbers are required from each guest for tours and transfers.

• For bookings by Indian Agents, Pan Card is mandatory for all guests.

• Istanbul Airport (IST) Meeting Lounge System: For arrivals, after passport control and baggage collection, follow signs to the ‘Meeting Lounge’. Go to the information desk, give your name, and they will contact the transfer officer to meet you.
