Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Singapore

• Welcome to Singapore! Upon arrival at Changi International Airport, you will be met by our local representative at the “INFORMATION COUNTER” and transferred by Mini Van to your city hotel.

  • SIC transfer pick-up times from the airport: 07:00, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 18:00, 20:00 hrs.

• Enjoy a half-day at leisure to begin exploring the Lion City at your own pace.

Day 2, 3 & 4: Singapore – Days at Leisure

• Enjoy three full days at your leisure in Singapore. Discover world-class attractions like Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands, explore vibrant ethnic quarters, and savor the diverse culinary scene. No services are included, offering complete freedom for exploration.

Day 5: Singapore to Kuala Lumpur

• Check out from your hotel in Singapore and transfer to Changi International Airport by Mini Van for your flight to Kuala Lumpur.

  • SIC transfer pick-up times from the hotel: 07:00, 08:00, 10:30, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00, 19:00, 22:00 hrs.

• Welcome to Kuala Lumpur! Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, you will be met by our local representative and transferred by Mini Van to your city hotel. (SIC transfers available for city center hotels, not between 20:00 – 07:00 hrs).

• Enjoy a half-day at leisure to start exploring the Malaysian capital.

Day 6: Kuala Lumpur – Day at Leisure

• Enjoy a full day at your leisure in Kuala Lumpur. Explore iconic landmarks such as the Petronas Twin Towers, Batu Caves, or the historic Merdeka Square, and immerse yourself in the city’s vibrant atmosphere. No services are included today.

Day 7: Departure from Kuala Lumpur

• Check out from your hotel in Kuala Lumpur and transfer to Kuala Lumpur International Airport by Mini Van for your onward journey. (SIC transfers available from city center hotels, not between 20:00 – 07:00 hrs).

Terms & Conditions:

• Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out times are 14:00 hrs / 15:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs respectively.

• Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is confirmed (put on hold with a time limit or vouchered). Rates include only specified items.

• Transfers between 19:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs incur a 50% supplement charge.

• Maximum waiting time at the airport is 60-90 minutes from flight touchdown.

• Refunds are strictly per the cancellation policy.

• Package rates are valid for selected travel dates and specified services.

• Guests must adhere to hotel/resort rules and regulations.

• Punctuality is requested for all tours and transfers (max waiting time: 5 minutes for SIC, 10 minutes for Private).

• Interconnecting rooms, adjacent rooms, rooms on the same floor, rooms near each other, smoking/non-smoking rooms are strictly subject to availability.

• For amendment requests during the tour, contact emergency numbers; requests are subject to availability and potential supplement charges.

• Shorter stays or early check-outs are considered cancellations with no refund for unutilized services.

• No amendments (name, date, hotel changes) once the booking is vouchered. Offline changes may incur cancellation/rebooking charges.

• The company is not responsible for additional costs or adjustments due to events beyond control (e.g., technical issues, flight changes, natural disasters, political disturbances, bad weather, terrorism, fuel price increases, government tax changes, accommodation charges).

• No legal liability for loss, damage, or personal injury arising from the holiday.

• Journeys by air, land, or sea are governed by the service provider’s terms and conditions.

• Guests must provide valid identity; reservations must not be in fictitious names.

• Sightseeing depends on time availability and climatic conditions.

• Rates are net and non-commissionable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

• Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents (vouchers, passport, ID, tickets).

• In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided; time lost will not be compensated.

• Dress modestly at religious places. Wear comfortable clothing for theme parks.

• Rates quoted are based on the displayed currency and specified number of persons.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless the booking is put on “Hold” or “Vouchered.”

• In case of immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy is applicable in full.

• Pick-up details will be shared in the Tour Briefing Sheet closer to the travel date; guests must carry this document.

• Insurance is not covered; guests must arrange their own.

• For bookings by Indian Agents, Pan Card is mandatory for all guests.
